Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Le Corbeau et Le Renard! We've been curating one-of-a-kind pieces for our community for three years, and we're so excited to now bring that experience online. Please read through our shipping and delivery policy below so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.

Fulfilment Options
Not all items in our boutique are available for shipping. Each product listing will clearly indicate which fulfilment options apply:
• Local Pick-Up — free of charge; available for all in-store items at our boutique location.
• Drop-Off Delivery — available for addresses within 60 km of our store, for a fee.
• Shipping — available for eligible items to Canada and select European destinations, for a fee.
If an item is marked pick-up or drop-off only, it will not be available to add to a shipping order.

Local Pick-Up
Pick-up is always free! Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient pick-up time at our boutique. Please wait for our confirmation before coming in — we want to make sure your order is ready and waiting for you.
Pick-up hours may vary. We'll confirm availability when we reach out to schedule your visit.
Local Drop-Off Delivery
We offer a local drop-off delivery service for customers located within 60 km of our boutique.
Whether you're nearby or just outside of town, we'd love to bring your order to you!
Drop-off fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis. After your order is placed, we'll reach out to confirm your address, arrange a delivery window, and discuss the fee. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time.
Drop-off delivery is subject to availability. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule!

We are pleased to ship to:
• Canada — all provinces and territories
• Europe — select countries (please see checkout for eligible destinations)

At this time, we do not ship to the United States or other international destinations. We
appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping reach in the future!

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• Within Canada: 7–10 business days
• Europe: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons. We'll keep you informed every step of the way!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have any trouble or haven't received your tracking information, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Customs & Import Duties (European Orders)
For orders shipped to Europe, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Le Corbeau et Le Renard is not responsible for any additional customs-related costs or delays.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have questions about potential fees.
