All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on vintage, antique, or decorative items.

 

Condition & Transparency

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each piece.
We encourage you to review all images and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, we are always happy to provide additional details or photographs.

Damaged Items (Shipping)

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • any visible damage

We will work with you to find a solution and, where applicable, assist with a shipping claim.

In-Store Purchases

We invite you to take your time when selecting pieces in-store.
All in-store purchases are considered final sale.

Store Credit (Exceptional Cases)

At our discretion, store credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances.
These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
