A beautifully carved giltwood mirror in the Rococo style, featuring an elaborate asymmetrical frame of scrolling acanthus leaves and foliate detailing. Dating to approximately the turn of the 20th century, the gilt surface has developed a wonderful warm patina with age.
Minor losses, cracking and wear consistent with age add to its character.
Measures approximately 32" high × 17" wide.
